We don’t use needles, expensive prescription medications or risky surgery. We will explain everything and make sure you are comfortable with the care you will be receiving before moving forward with any type of treatment.

You can prepare for your first visit by completing our new patient forms which are available to download below. You can fill these out ahead of time in the comfort and convenience of your home and bring the completed forms with you to your first appointment.

We are also happy to check with your health insurance provider to see what services they will cover. Just fill out and submit the below form.
