I was bothered by stiff necks and having a lot of trouble with neck pain and headaches. To treat my pain and discomfort I was using ice packs and taking a lot of Advil.

The stiffness and pain made it difficult to do everyday activities. I couldn’t even clean my house without having to stop and lay down for awhile. I also like to golf but every time I would go golfing, I would have neck stiffness afterwards.

I put up with the pain and stiffness for over three years. I just dealt with it but I knew something needed to change. I couldn’t keep living my life this way.

Prior to coming to Baker Chiropractic and Wellness, I didn’t know anything about chiropractic care and how or why it works. In fact, I was very skeptical. However, after years of neck stiffness and pain, it was finally time to do something about it.

Today, I have no more neck stiffness, no more neck pain and no more headaches because of the chiropractic care I have received here. I can even go golfing now without having to deal with stiffness and discomfort.

If I would have not come to Baker Chiropractic and Wellness, I am sure I would still be dealing with the pain and not living the life I wanted to live.
