I have lived with neck pain for some years without seeking help. When I started to get a tingling sensation radiating down my arm and my neck, i knew i would need help. Traditional medicine involved getting a shot in the spine and taking pain reducing pills. None of it was working. Not until I met the good people in the Red Bank office. They studied the X-rays and other evidence, then came up with a game plan. Traditional medicine didn’t fix me, but within a couple of weeks, Dr. Paul had me up and running again. I’m deeply grateful to the whole team working together for the sake of we their patients. Bless you all!

I was a total skeptic about chiropractors but was in a ton of pain when a friend urged me to try Baker Chiropractic. Boy am I glad. In one visit I could actually lift my head off my pillow. In a little over a month, I am able to move my head better than I have in 30 years and am totally pain free. I am amazed and grateful. You are in caring and knowledgeable hands here with every one of their staff.

I have been to several therapies for my sciatica pain due to work, and this place is exceptional. My first visit heals all the pain, and I feel normal and light. The staff is friendly and the place is well organized. Overall, I am happy with the result and how efficient everyone is. It worths the time and money.

It has been so rewarding to be under the care of Baker Chiropractic. From start to finish, the experience has truly been worth it, and I’m so thankful to finally have a treatment plan in place.
For the past 4 years, I have struggled with severe head pressure and ear pain after my eardrum ruptured during air travel due to barometric pressure changes. Unfortunately, the rupture caused permanent damage and hearing loss. Since then, I have been treated by a specialist through Christ ENT, where I underwent two separate procedures for PE tube placement in the same ear.
Over time, the tube repeatedly became blocked, causing fluid to back up into the middle ear canal. This led to recurring sinus infections, severe headaches, pressure, and ongoing discomfort. My ENT specialist eventually suggested surgery if the tube fell out again, as he was unwilling to place a third tube.
After sharing my struggles with Dr. Baker, I learned that I had three pinched nerves in my neck that were contributing to the inflammation and pressure affecting the canal connected to my middle ear. I received my very first chiropractic treatment on Wednesday, 5/13/26. After following Dr. Baker’s instructions and applying heat at home, I woke up in the middle of the night with my ear finally draining — after just ONE treatment!
For the first time in years, I could hear better again, and the pressure in my head was relieved. The fluid was no longer backing up into my middle ear. I even followed up with my ENT specialist afterward, and he was pleased with the improvement. He agreed this no longer appeared to be strictly an ENT issue and recommended allergy testing and preventative allergy treatment to help reduce long-term sinus inflammation and infection risks.
I am incredibly grateful to have been introduced to Baker Chiropractic through the Wellness Shop. After suffering for 4 years, I never would have imagined that chiropractic care would play such a major role in my healing journey.

I want to preface this review by saying that I was very skeptical about going to a chiropractor before I went to Baker. I had a burst fracture in my spine due to a car accident when I was 16 (I am now 33). I didn’t think anyone could truly help me deal with my low back pain, especially postpartum, but it got bad enough after having my son that I thought “what have I got to lose?”
My first visit last week was unlike any first visit to any office I've ever been to in my entire life (in the best way). The staff at Baker Chiro are incredible. I was blown away by the kindness, genuine care, and overall friendliness of every single person I met. I don't think I'd ever been somewhere where every single person I came into contact with asked me my name and introduced themselves. Everyone there, together, created the most loving, welcoming environment. I walked away feeling heard, cared for, and almost entirely without deep right hip & low back pain for the first time in YEARS. After just ONE visit. Dr. Paul Baker also assured me that he truly believed he could help fix many of the roots of my pain, so I also left feeling so optimistic (also for the first time in years).
All that to say - they are amazing. I can't wait to continue visiting and healing. 🙂

The vertebraes within my neck, shoulders, and spine are transitioning & aligning all in the right places. My posture is a lot straight. I'm beginning to sit, stand, laid down, and walk much straight than I ever have in my lifetime and I feel a little bit taller. His Front desk & massage/therapeutic team are top tier & unsung heroes to the success of Baker Chiropractor & Wellness Org. 💎🤝🏿💯💯💯

The associates here are wonderful to work with. The billing dept is less than desirable...I was referred here and after the first 3 visits my payment varied everytime I came. Once I would point it out theh usually gave me a credit to use toward next visit. This happend multiple times in a 3 month span. Then my wife who also was having treament started having worse pain than when she started and was having trouble moving after adjustments and bruises for a week. She decided to stop going and while I visited 2-3 more times, my bill had stuff on it that id never seen before and my bill was increasing amd my treatment and adjustment procedures were exactly the same the whole time I went. When I asked billing, they said well thats what was written down, we change adjust it $8. My wife nor I have or will return..People are very friendly and nice but in a business, incorrect billing time after time and when in severe pain they just suggested my wife just keep coming in to make it better. She was bruised and was not willing to try.

I had my first chiropractic visit today at Baker Chiropractic and Wellness in Fairfield and it was a great experience. Everything was explained clearly, the adjustments were thorough, and I left feeling at ease and confident in the care I received. The massage was amazing. From the friendly front desk to every person I worked with, the whole team was welcoming and professional. I was really impressed with the care and overall experience. Highly recommend.

I have always liked the way he listens and he is able to sense what is going on. When my need needed extra adjusting he was easy and took his time which I liked a lot. He is involved in your family too making another connection with you. It was good to see him!

This place is amazing! They work with my insurance without any hassle and they actually know you and greet you by name the second you walk through the door. They have super flexible hours too. Wish I came sooner! Dr. Baker is the only chiropractor I’ve visited who has never caused me discomfort. I walk away satisfied and pain free after every single adjustment! I trust Dr. Baker with my entire family, including my baby and my elderly parents. The office is spotless, the customer service is excellent, and the assistants are very knowledgeable. They also offer a variety of services, from chiropractic care to therapeutic treatments like massage, and wellness products/services.

Today was my very first visit! Everyone from the front desk to PT to Dr Baker was very kind. It was helpful being shown around the office and knowing exactly what to expect. As a teacher I appreciated the educational approach to chiropractic care. While I have been going to a chiropractor for many years, there are many therapies I had never experienced until today. Changing providers is always scary but I am confident this is a positive move!
